Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me, and reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore I respectfully request at least 24-hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24- hours in advance will be charged 100% of the service fee, unless the appt is rescheduled within 3 days.
No-shows are also subject to the full 100% service fee.
This policy allows me the opportunity to fill last-minute openings and ensures fairness to all clients. Thank you for your understanding and support!
